In first build change your mobo to 900 series, something 990 or 970 will be the best (990 is faster). On these series with a good cooler you can do a serious overclock.
About the graphics card... If you intend a lot of gaming this 750 will strugle, at least get a 750 ti or put some more money into it and buy R9 270X.
But yes the 1st one is better.

P.S. These are just suggestions so research it a bit more.

Everyone, I'm going to get the second one, I'll be replacing the CPU and GPU on August 14 with a eight core @4.7 and a gtx 770

Would it fit this case?
