Overheat and shutdown

my pc cpu overheat and shutdown problem by running normal video rendering software , please suggest best solution,

my pc spec:

CPU: AMD - FX8150
MB: Asus M5A97 R2.0
PSU: Antec 450W
RAM : 4gb corsair
not using cpu cooler

Are you not using any CPU cooler or are you using the cooler that came with the CPU? Because you must use a cooler for it to work properly. If you're using the stock cooler, try getting an aftermarket one, like the Hyper 212 Plus/Evo/X (whichever is the cheapest).

Then do as Pony32 and I advised, and get an aftermarket CPU cooler. You could also try using the stock cooler, it should be sufficient if you're not overclocking.
