Guys I am going to purchase zotac Gtx 660 synergy edition 5 month used graphic card which is in warranty for 8500/- is it good deal .
Please suggest me good PSU at low price as I am on tight budget .
Please tell me how to check that gfx card. Whether its fine or not ..
Will that GPU bottleneck my CPU ..
My spec :-
I5 2400
8Gb ram
1 Tb HDD
Generic PSU 500w
I will not use DVD rw ..
Please suggest me good PSU for this
Or should I buy new Gtx 750 Ti

Thanks

Either the GTX 750 TI or the GTX 660 are good cards, and it shouldn't matter too much that they're used, since mid-range video cards tend to last a long time.
Get the GTX 660 if you want a little better performance.
Get the GTX 750 TI if you want to be able to use a cheaper power supply unit.

The i5-2400 is still a good CPU, and it'll work well with either a GTX 660 or a GTX 750 TI.

Where are you buying from? I can't really suggest a power supply unless I know what your options are.

I am from India I found add on olx.com .
First I will check that GPU then I will buy.
Shall I go for Gtx 750 Ti new or Gtx 660 5 month old ..

Which is best low budget PSU for Gtx 660

How much does the used 660 cost, and how much does the new 750 TI cost? Are they both about 8500?

Just so you know, buying a used power supply is more risky than buying a used video card.

The GTX 750 TI will work on a CX 430 easily. That could be unsafe for a GTX 660, but it'd be close.
As you can see in my signature, I'm currently using a GTX 660 with a 430w power supply. However, I'm using a lower wattage CPU and a higher quality PSU, so I probably wouldn't risk a GTX 660 on the Corsair CX430.

For that price difference, I would recommend you get the new GTX 750 TI and the Corsair CX430. It'll be safer, and there won't be too much of a difference in performance.

given the price difference between the two cards go with the 750ti, the 750ti requires lower wattage to run
so you will get away with this psu fine

the GeForce GTX 750ti requires a psu with 20A on the +12v rail and a 400W PSU minimum
The Seasonic SS400BT PSU is 400 watts has 30A on the +12v rail and costs Rs. 2475
and has high grade japanese capacitors

Well, if you insist on the GTX 660, then it's hard to say whether the CX 430 would be enough. I'd guess it probably would be enough, but if it was my PC I wouldn't risk it.

This should be a better option than the CX 430.
