No, something is terribly wrong with this build. It says T° max=120°C! Can it be that your CPU fan is actually attached to another header on your mb, and that the mb is pushing another fan to max, believing it is CPU fan? Or there is still something between the cooler and the CPU...

Actually TMPIN3 (GPU/VRM) is really really high as well. How do you cool your system, or do you have your computer sitting in front of a window looking towards south... in the middle of death valley?

Guys, im not sure about this computer, my friend gave it to me, and its been running fine for a year now, but i just put a new graphics card in it, and it doesnt sound louder, or feel hotter, but i still wanted to check it out. For some reason, i cant get accurate reads on anything lol

Can you see your cpu temps in your mobo uefi software?

If not, can you download and run HWInfo - Sensors and post the results - 3 screenshots usually.

It will give a lot more info and more reliable too.

Edit - oh - and post your complete and detailed build too please.

Well, I'd say you should first check if your fans are attached to the right ports on the MB.
Then you may want to check if that PSU supports the load of that GPU. And in the end, you may as well look into the way the GPU cools itself...
BTW, installing AMD drivers never killed anybody ;-) as far as I know, I suggest you do it as well... Maybe you do need to unistall before reinstalling, but you should give it a try...

And you did connect your PSU cables to the graphics card (6 or 8 pin 12V cables?). That just to check, because that would explain why your VRMs run so hot and why you can't install your GPU properly.

The performance of the machine isnt the question, im playing Watch Dogs at high textures and the rest of the stuff on ultra or high as well, and its not lagging, and im getting steady fps. Thats not the issue. Im just worried about heat.

I own the same CPU, the package temp in HWinfo is not accurate. If it were, you would have severe throttling while gaming and you don't.

I'm using an A10-6800k with a very similar nvidia GPU (GTX 670) and AMD overdrive still reports CPU readings no problem, so I'm not sure why it wouldn't work for you too. Here is a guide to understanding temperatures with AMD, and why third party software can be unreliable:
