Hi mkosi35
according to your motherboard specs
4 x DIMM, Max. 32GB, DDR3 3200(O.C.)/3100(O.C.)/3000(O.C.)/2933(O.C.)/2800(O.C.)/2666(O.C.)/2600(O.C.)/2500(O.C.)/2400(O.C.)/2200(O.C.)/2133(O.C.)/2000(O.C.)/1866(O.C.)/1800(O.C.)/1600/1333 MHz Non-ECC, Un-buffered Memory *

you could choose 1600mhz for native ram that you will not have to enable xmp settings , just put the ram in and you are good to go
up to say 2400mhz enabling XMP , that is about as high as i would go
get quality ram from gskill/corsair/mushkin/kingston/crucial all have a lifetime warranty and are highly regarded ram manufacturers
The lower the cas latency the faster your ram will communicate with your CPU
Anything above 1600mhz you will have to enable the xmp settings for the ram within your bios
i would go for ram voltages of 1.5v and if gaming 8gb of ram is enough , if rendering or doing heavy multitasking the more ram the better
hope this helps
EDIT: my preference Gskill / Mushkin that is just personal preference

if i understand correct, if i take more than 1600mhz, id have to lower power from 1,65 to 1,5?
and... ram is sold without any mark that its oc... is this general logic that oc ram is all that is above 1600 mhz??

it is better to get 1.5 or lower voltage ram does not matter the speed of the ram
if you go above 1600mhz speed on the ram you will have to enable xmp settings within the bios or your board will downclock the ram to its native speed of 1600mhz , this is not an issue as ram have these xmp profiles already installed within a chip on them , all you have to do is go into your bios and enable them and that will automaticaly set timings and voltages
EDIT: so yes above 1600 mHZ is faster than native speed but your board will accept speeds up to 3200mhz
