Gta 4 WHY?!!!

why i can't i play gta iv smooth enough?
GT 610
pentium G630 2.70ghz
I know i have weak gpu and cpu but i can run
this games smooth enough:
Nba 2k14
Call of Duty 4 - 5 :Modern warfare
Devil May Cry 5
Prototype
Dead Rising 2
DeadPool
Assasin's Creed Liberation HD

I run those games at their default setting...

Please remember that GTA IV back in its day is quite demanding. Plus, did you patch it to the newest version? From what I heard when GTA IV was released for PC it was very poorly optimised

GTA4 loves fast CPUs with a lot of cores. Your G630 just isn't capable of running the game very well. The GPU isn't helping anything either.

GTA 4 requires Core 2 Duo for higher display and graphic settings you need to upgrade your CPU and GPU
You can get the Latest Patch from the Rockstar games website
