how to extract power out of mobile's micro usb port

i wanted to get power out of mobile's micro usb 2.0 even if my mobile does not support usb on the so please can anyone tell me any way to the power. i know that usb input is max 5v.

I think he wants to use the USB port on his mobile/smartphone to power some other device.

Which, given that its battery has only a limited charge to begin with, is only going to drain the phone's battery that much faster. So it's pretty much pointless anyway.

hello guys i m using a big device just a small led flash i want to power it through my phone's micro usb but the problem is it is not compatible with the usb on the go so please tell a solution to get power out of usb port....
