Whole PC lags after ~30 minutes

This problem started maybe 2 weeks ago before I upgraded my PC.
Whether I'm watching a movie, playing a game (from games like Minecraft to games like Watch Dogs) or just doing nothing, my PC starts to lag after about 30 minutes.
And that includes everything: windows explorer, Google Chrome, all games, everything.

It used to be fixed if I run Ccleaner but that doesn't seem to help anymore.

System specs (even though I'm sure that's not the issue):
OS: Windows 8 Pro 64-bit (6.2, build 9200)
CPU: AMD FX-6300, 6 cores ~3.5GHz
Memory: 8gb Ballistic
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 5850

I've used defraggler and Malwarebytes Anti Malware but I still have this issue.

Solution
That power supply is NOT enough for your system, its of extreme low quality and does not even provide NEAR 400w of usable power.

Also are those temps AFTER the slow downs start? That would be the best time to check it.

This issue started before I upgraded my PC to the HD 5850 and FX 6300 so the problem must be something else?
If not, how much Watt is necessary?

Accidentally selected it as the solution instead of quote, but yes it's AFTER it starts lagging.
How much watt do you suggest? 500?

a 400w power supply is no match for the radeon 5850 and the fx-6300

the radeon 5850 is an older graphics card and is quite powerful so it is hungry for power

i would consider getting a bigger power supply i had this problem with my amd build a while back too so...

id recommend a high wattage power supply like say 750w or higher even here are some reccommendations:
