I recently bought myself a SSD, and put a fresh install on the SSD, and deleted the Old OS from my old hard-drive (Which I'm now using for just games)
At first, the Windows 8 Failed to install properly and wouldn't boot (Not entirely sure why) But then, i managed to install over the corrupt windows 8, Which now works fine.
But, when i boot up my PC, it now gives me 2 options, to boot, windows 8.1 from volume 4 (This one works) or windows 8.1 from volume 2 (This one doesn't work) Is there anyway to remove the Volume 2 files so it will boot from volume 4 straight away? I've looked in the Bios settings ect and haven't found anything, i've also looked online for the past few hours, but i can't seem to find a solution.
Any help is appreciated!

Solution
I know how do it it in Windows 7 not sure about 8, Right click computer, and hit properties, then advanced system settings, startup and recovery and you can specify the default operating system and uncheck the time to display the list.
