HDD Head not moving(with Video Link)

First see above video. You can see when I plug my external WD Passport. Its head is moving(not fully I think) but after some try of data read it stops in a very strange way. Disc also stops rotating!

I want to know what is the problem. As I have shown on video, HDD is appearing on safety remove, but not showing up among drives on my computer.

Are you crazy? opening a drive when not in a dust free environment is crazy.. a single spec of dust can trash your drive..
(and may be has already done so).

Hard drives are hermetically sealed. Break that seal, you are basically guaranteed to break that hard drive. Like yoji explained, a single spec of dust can damage that drive. You opened the casing on your hard drive and broke it.

I want to know about head movement problem sir. Breaking HDD data is understood, but what is head movement problem going on there.
