Hi again guys. So yesterday my PC got fixed and now we have two PCs that needs an internet. Before my pc was even broken, we are already using a tp link router and it is working fine. a few days before, we have experienced that even though we have wi-fi, the PCs that are connected through the router recieves no internet connection but it was working fine before. After that, I checked my ISP's internet connection by connecting it through the modem itself and it is working. But when it is connected through Modem>Router>PC only wi-fi is available and the PCs have no internet connection. One thing that I also noticed is that my Wi-fi name changed. Before it was only TP-Link and has a password but now it shows TP-LINK_F5BC76 and it doesnt have a password. I dont know if pressing the hard reset button affected this but I did it because another guy said that it was the solution to his problem which is same like mine but still, it was not fixed for me. Any help is appreciated Thanks in advance.

Edit: Im having problems now. Do I need to be using my router before i can change my settings like passwords? And I can't use my router right now and I can't change them. hard resetting might be a bad idea.

by performing a hard reset any/all custom changes from before were lost. You'll need to login into the router's settings (using a browser or using the software that came with the router) via Ethernet and make all the changes there, also making sure the router sees all the devices connected to it.

In the router, connect it to the PC that works with the internet connection. Then find the place to *clone MAC address* in your router settings. Once that is complete, everything should work thru the router.
