Shaved off some money with that motherboard. A Gaming 9 is not necessary, Gaming 7 is perfect. Gaming 9 is overpriced as well.

550 W 80+ Gold is fine. That one is pretty cheap, too.

ill change into R9 280X in the future...

Bronze would be alright, but with the 280X, it may not be too much of an upgrade. That PSU would handle it as any good bronze one would. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817207013 is a good choice.
