Would phones with more PPI take better pictures? If a phone had 306 PPI/8mp camera/4.8" screen would it take better/cleaner pictures than a phone with 258 PPI/12mp camera/5.7" screen?

my s3 takes decent pictures, 8 MP i think so its not bad. Colors are OK. Lowlight pictures arent so great.
The display has nothing to do with the camera.

More pixels in the camera generally mean better pics, but it's a very slight relationship and the len and sensor make more difference than an arbitrary specification.

Smartphones really aren't great at taking photos. If that's the main use, you should really look at getting an actual camera.

The phones are the Samsung galaxy S3 older and the Blu Life view. I don't want suggestions. I just need help to choose one of the 2. :/ and no I'm not necessarily buying it for the camera but i would like a good one.
