The Gigabyte would be the better choice, especially if you see yourself adding a 2nd card. The MSI board only has x16,x4 lanes PCIe for graphics. The Gigabyte has x16,x8.
X4 lanes @ even ver 3.0 is not enough bandwidth for today's cards.
