I have a computer which is almost 7 years old.I never had the problem that I had today. Yesterday it worked fine without any problems but today , when I started it I got a message saying "oc fail".I choosed the default settings in BIOS even if I never choosed any overclock settings. Then the PC started.I stayed about 2 minutes then it suddenly blocked. When I restarted it , the desktop started but without the normal sound he does when he starts and the screen keep saying "no signal".Now I am on the laptop and I searched for this problem.I did whatever I found.I cleaned the computer inside , I reseted the CMOS 5 times (as said on the internet: I unplugged the PSU , remove the battery and place it again after 5 minutes , because it hasn't the jumper pins).4 hours of trying all the things I could try and nothing.
I have an Intel Pentium 4 Dual Core. Please help...

Unfortunately that could be a hardware issue, although oc fail is a strange problem. As silicon gets old it tends to become less efficient, for example after an oc you sometimes need to increase voltage over time, an oc can become unstable and need more voltage. This could be due to degregation of the silicon

So , the only thing I could do is to buy a new computer?I wish I could do something , because even if he has only 2GB RAM it worked very good.

I suppose you could try to find a replacement CPU, but I can't think of anything else. Sorry
