No signal coming from GPUs out of the blue. GPUs power on and spin like normal

I have just recently traveled from NJ to FL, and took my PC on the trip with me. Yesterday I set my PC back up and everything was fine for a few minutes, it loaded up like normal to the windows desktop. However my second GPU was not showing up on GPU-Z or Afterburner, so I turned off my PC and went to reseat the second GPU, but when I turned on my PC, no signal was being sent to my monitor. I tested a second monitor, same issue. I tried re-seating both GPUs, testing them individually, all to no avail. I am able to run on integrated graphics without a problem though.

When the GPUs are plugged in, the computer loads up like normal, you can clearly hear the windows sound coming out of the speakers, no notable error code on the motherboard, they both are powered on and fans spin like normal, etc. however I can not get a signal to display to any monitor. I've tried multiple DVI-D cables on multiple slots, but it doesn't make any difference. It just absolutely boggles my mind how this happened.

I unfortunately do not have a second PC at the moment to test out the graphics cards there as I sold my mini PC before moving. Does anyone have any idea on what I should do going forward? I'm worried that if I initiate RMAs for both of my graphics cards, they will just end up getting returned with me being out 25$ each for shipping. I also find it very unlikely that both GPUs are broken. The only thing else I can think of is the PCI-E slots are broken on my PC, but I even tested the third PCI-E 3.0 x16 slot (which I had never even used before), but it still had the same issue.

My GPUs are 290xs (one Tri-X one DCU2).

Thanks for any help.
