I have around a $2000 budget US. I am using this computer for strictly gaming, and for school. But on the side I will be gaming heavily. I want to run every game on ultra settings at 1080p. I want this as silent and cool as I can get it. Here is my list: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/MFbmFT. I don't know if I have enough clearance for the Ram, I tried to go as low profile as I can. Also no noctua fans! They are way to ugly, but I know they are great, I have a windowed case and I dont want those fans to take away from it. My theme is black/red. Also I am looking at different options. Like my motherboard, and PSU. I think the rest of my parts are well planned and are great. Please, leave links below of the build you suggest.

Update: WIll be using the noctua in the front of the case and the noiseblocker on CPU and rear, sound good? Only reason Im putting the noctuas in the front is because I wont see them. Instead of running a 4770k I went with the 95 4690k to save 100 dollars and put that toward a higher end GPU. But should I get the 780ti or 780?

If you are concerned about the noise you could run an ALI liquid cpu cooler, they come stock with higher performance fans but if you can run them off the motherboard with a custom fan profile should be able to control noise and get good cooling, also allows you to use any RAM you want since everything is moved to the top.

The 780 Ti is overkill for any game right now at 1080p, but that being said it will be quiet since, the 780 is also overkill but less so, in every game at 1080p they are higher then 60fps for both (granted some of these are only at very high settings)

Looking good and I agree with sunny bear. You can run an aio cooler such as the h100 and run the fans at 5 volts they make literally no noise. I am also the silent kind of guy. Another suggestion would be to get a case with a built in fan controller as it is summer.

This case has built in fan controller.
