low profile + high profile?

Hey everyone,

I bought a new cooler but my ram doesnt fit any longer in A1 and A2 from my motherboard... Is it possible to put low profile ram in A1 and A2 and the high profile ram in B1 and B2 and still use dual channel/quad channel?

motherboard is asrock 970 pro3 R2.0

yes if you look at the specs and they match it should be no issue usually its listed as lpxxxxxxxxxx the lp indicates low profile.
If the timings match and frequency you should be fine.

But i already have high profile, can i combine the two rams i put in the question?
