There shouldn't be. It will just record every second frame.

It is a good idea to record at something like 30FPS if you are playing at near 60FPS. (Even with Vsync off)

This is because, if the framerate drops below the point you are recording at, the audio and video will become desyncronised, and the entire video will be ruined.
