Hi guys
I have a tech problem. My logitech g700 mouse, going strong after 1 year, is starting to have problems. It randomly resets the profiles(the 5 where you do macros or dpi and that) to the 2nd profile for no apparent reason. I did NOT touch the profile button, and i actually couldn't use that profile button because it would switch me back to the 2nd no matter how many times i pressed.
Is there a fix for this other than RMA?
Could i tinker with downloading firmware, reinstall gaming software, and is there a way to reset the mouse?
By the way, this is a real problem as i play different games, so the drop key in one game might be spell key in another game, making real problems. I actually also have a "casual" profile where one key is alt+f4 - so many times i closed windows because of this cr*p.
