I'm buying a 780 to replace my 480 so I can pass that to my brother who is upgrading on a budget. In which turn I also want to buy a monitor at 144 or 120 hz (honest'y not sure if the 22hz is that big of a difference). I'm not really on a budget but don't want to overpay for the product so I come looking for advice.

To sum I'm looking for:
24 - 27inch
120 - 144hz

I'm open to brands as long as it's reliable. I'll pay a little extra for quality if it comes to that. Thanks.

I appreciate the response. Basically what I was looking at and kinda flickering between. I'll hold out a week, and spend the extra 100 for a 27 inch rather than a 24. Thanks for the help

This seems to be exactly what you're looking for. http://rog.asus.com/296652014/news/rog-announces-the-pg278q-swift-27-inch-wqhd-g-sync-gaming-monitor/. It is a bit overpriced, so I'd say wait a couple of months till it goes down unless you want it right away. If you don't want to wait the couple of months than the monitors mentioned above are good or Benq makes great FPS monitors.
