eGPU with no available PCI Express ports?

(If this is in the wrong place, moving the thread would be appreciated.)
I have a Dell Inspiron 3537, which has one PCI Express slot that is taken by the wireless card. How could I make an eGPU possible without removing the wireless card?

Some Notes:

  • ■ I have a really old computer that I can take apart and use parts of.
    ■ I can live with using wired internet if I have to, but I'd rather not.
    ■ I have 2 USB 3.0 ports, 2 USB 2.0 ports, 1 HDMI port, and 1 ethernet port.

If any more information is needed, let me know.

Solution

Unless the laptop is specifically designed for it, no. That is the main tradeoff you take when buying a laptop.
Gain portability, lose power and upgradeability.

Thank you for the quick response. Do you have any suggestions for how I can increase the graphics power of my computer without buying a new one? Is it possible?

Alright, well thanks. Guess I'll build myself a full desktop then. That would probably be the best solution.
