I'm looking to buy one of the above mentioned cards, the sapphire I can buy for 170 pounds and the powercolor for 270 pounds. I've found some reviews on the saphire stating it would become hot and noisy therefore the asus version would be better (for 220 pounds). But by buying the same card with better cooling and support I thought why not pay an additional 50 pounds for the 290 pcs+ as it seem to have proper cooling as well.
I've never heard of powercolor before and can't really find any reviews. Is powercolor a good brand releasing proper 290pcs+ cards?
