How can I beef up this desktop?!?!

This is what i have: HP xw4600 workstation running windows vista business - 32 bits

- Motherboard:

HP model 0AA0h
Chipset: Intel X38
Southbridge: Intel 82801IR(ICH9R)
LPCIO: SMSC SCH5327

- Processor:
Intel Core 2 Duo E6550
Socket: LGA 775

- 400 watt power supply
- Graphics card:
NVIDIA Quadro FX 570

- Memory:
DDR2 Dual channel 4 GB

Here is what i want to put into the Desktop:

I may need a new motherboard as well but if anyone can give me any tips or advice on what to drop and what to add and how possible it is to upgrade this machine without going over $700-800 that would be great.

I wouldn't waste your time upgrading that old system. You can build a competent new system for $700 - $800. What will the system be used for? I didn't include a GPU in this system because the integrated GPU will be fine for office type work.
