CMOS Battery Replacement No Working Drives

I replaced my CMOS battery and reset the CMOS on The Motherboard and now my Motherbooard and Windows will not recognize my Western Digital HDD instead my Motherboard will only recognize my Samsung SSD and my Asus External Optical Drive but Windows will only recognize my Samsung SSD.

Some BIOS's have the ability to turn on/off sata ports check that out.

I replaced my CMOS battery while I was Re routing my PSU Cables which means I unplugged them and plugged them back in. Is that a contributing factor here?
