Title basically explains it. Going to be using it for gaming and overclocking.I honestly without a doubt would go with the UD3. I have had GREAT experiences with Gigabyte so far, and I have a friend who's ASRock 990fx Extreme4 won't let him pass 4 GHz. Definitely the Gigabyte board.
I clicked best solution by accident, I wasn't talking about the Extreme4, I was talking about the Fatal1ty 990FX Killer which is this one http://www.asrock.com/mb/amd/fatal1ty%20990fx%20killer/

I know, but I am using that as a reference for ASRock boards. They generally are not the best overclockers.

The problem with the UD3 is that there have been many complaints that it doesn't function well and that only the rev.3 and above have UEFI

We are way past Rev. 3. Also, you can upgrade for UEFI. I had the ASUS M5A99X EVO R2.0 and it was great. You could try that as well.

I'm getting a red/black H440 and the M5A99x EVO R2.0 is blue so it won't look right, I know it's stupid

A Crosshair V Formula-Z would be good, but it is very overpriced. That is the only other option. http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00906DHLE/?tag=pcpapi-20
Very good looking and awesome-performing board with great features, but a little bit overpriced.

It is a solid board. It and the Crosshair are the only 2 boards that are Red / Black.

So should I go for the 990FX Killer? I'm just disappointed because I think the best Motherboard Manufacturers are ASUS and they Don't really do red for a decent price

Do you think the Sabertooth Rev 2 will look alright in the H440?
Well it is bronze/brown and black, so it is up to you.

I just can't imagine it until I actually see it, by then I'd probably regret it

One of the best motherboards, though. Red and black UEFI BIOS.

I could buy the White h440, but It doesn't look nowhere near as good as the red/black one in my eyes

The White h440 is still good. I like white more than black (Insert that's racist meme here) in terms of cases.
