Hi i'm making a few modifications to my computer, and i cant seem to find a decent power usage site thats not crap, so i thought i'd give it a go here instead!

My pc build is as following - Cooler Master HAF 922 Midi Tower Black. Corsair TX V2 650W PSU. AMD FX-6100 6-Core Processor. Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3, Socket-AM3+. Corsair Vengeance DDR3 1600MHz 16GB CL9. XFX Radeon HD 6950 1GB GDDR5 "Dual Fan".

What i am getting is - Cooler Master V8 GTS Cpu Cooler - Corsair AF120 Quiet Edt. 120mm Red LED (for the side panal x2 of them) - Sapphire Radeon R9 280X TOXIC 3GB GDDR5 - And a Corsair CX 750W PSU. Would i need a bigger power supply or is this sufficient?

Hi! thank you for the reply! :) i've just been looking about and some places say that the gcard takes like 390+ watts. i was getting a bit worried for a moment there, as i had just bought all my new components, and i didnt want to fry them due to the lack of power! :)

Geez, that is one power-hungry GPU. 256 Watts on full load. Your PSU should be fine, though. Even with 2 of those.

found it here http://www.anandtech.com/show/7406/the-sapphire-r9-280x-toxic-review/4 this is why i'm asking as it seems a bit unreal, atm from what i gather my actual computer as it is, uses 400 watts, so am a bit torn about it lol.

You are fine, but that is a really hungry card. Btw, the 280X, 7970, and 6950 are different cards.
