internet connection shutting down

hello, i found another question like mine here but didnt find the right answer so, when i try upload or download something after a while the connection to the computer is shutting down and i have to do troubleshooting to fix it everytime it happens , tho my router internet is still on cuase my bro laptop can still surf to internet , dl and such so only my pc is the prob. what can i do to fix that ;/ i cant download anything from here. And its not wireless connected!!! its normally with the wire, it is a desktop

i right click on the internet icon to the bottom right of the screen and at the option troubleshooting then it searches for the problem and fixes it at its own but when i dl or upload it happens again immediately, i dont think my router or internet connection is bad cuase that doesnt happen to my bro laptop
