best laptop for $500-$600?

Looking for a fast laptop for college. Preferable if it has an ssd, if not I'll buy and put one in.
Nvidia GPU is a must with good battery life.

Can you elaborate more in that E1 you posted? Does it have Intel graphics too during low power operation? And how is the battery on it?
