The power supply in my family's Dell Vostro 200 stopped working, so we planned on replacing it. I opened up another one of our old desktops and found a 300 watt PSU. The PSU that was originally in the Vostro 200 was also 300 watts, so this was perfect. I placed it into the computer and plugged in everything. The green light on the back of the power supply turns on, and there is an orange light on the motherboard. I go to boot the computer, and it doesn't turn on. Am I missing something that I need to do?

UPDATE: I unplugged the computer, and held the power button down for 15 seconds. The button is now blue, but the computer still isn't turning on.

The power supply was from another Dell Vostro 200. I forgot to mention that, my mom's work was getting rid of all their computers, because they bought new ones. So the PSU is compatible with the mobo.

I'm pretty positive that everything is plugged in. I've pressed everything down just to make sure that it's all in tightly, but it hasn't made a difference.
