Hey, i have a gtx770 and a 850w psu. Now the PSU isn't a great make, Raidmax 850 gold standard. If i remember correctly it was a refurbished andyson PSU. I have it about 3yrs now and have no problems with it. Anyway the questions i have are, how long can i expect this PSU to last before i have to change and if i added another GPU would i need a bigger power supply. I was looking at the EVGA 1000watt platinum or even a 1200 watt EVGA, i am guessing this maybe over kill but i like to look ahead in case i want to upgrade and even add a third GPU.
Cheers.

Are you planning to upgrade to quad SLI or something? 500w is more than enough for your card. Seasonic my preferred PSU manufacturer.

This would be a great choice if you are ready to pull the trigger now.

The above suggestion is an ok choice too. EVGA is kind of new to the space, but seems to be making good stuff.

Yes. 850w will be enough. I'd suggest 500w for one card, 650w for two cards, 750w for three. The extra hundred is just for fun (and better efficiency).
