Right now, I am using a regular laptop keyboard. (one of the better lenovo ones) It feels a lot better than other laptop keyboards, but I have heard that mechanical keyboards are better for typing. I type a lot, so I am wondering if it is worth getting another keyboard on top of the laptop one. and if yes, could you name a good one less than 80 USD?

$86,f/s although i'm not sure if they ship to your location.

others perhaps looking at: tesoro durandal or tesoro lobera but make sure its the mechanical variants.

or perhaps a quickfire rapid

is it worthwhile? perhaps. much depends on your own preferences in regards to key stiffness, key height, and various other factors.

you can find mechanical laptop keyboards (they use what is known as a scissor switch) instead of your more typical chiclet style keys in case you were interested in something low profile but still (somewhat) mechanical feeling.

perhaps the best to type on are keyboards based on my blues (click sound) or mx browns (no click sound). since you like laptop keyboards you may want a low profile key height.

most mechanical keyboards are rather expensive so your budget is just a bit light but there are a few you may be able to get near that budget which i listed above.
