Solution
CPU: FX 6300 (around $100)
Motherboard: ASUS M5A97 EVO (around $95)
Hard Drive: Western Digital 1TB Blue (around $65)
Case: Corsair 200R (around $45)
Power Supply: XFX 550W core edition (around $60)
OS: Windows 7 (around $70)

This is about $435 which is just over your budget, maybe if you wait a week or so you'll be able to afford it

Ok thanks man do you thinks your build will handle games like skyrim and fallout on a mid fps of at least like 40 or 50 or even 30

Most definitely, you'll be able to play on ultra and get good frame rates plus you have the option to overclock (don't do it if you don't fully understand it because there are consequences)

You might want to consider the EVGA 600W over the XFX 550w because it is better and cheaper (if I'm correct)
