What PCI bus version do I have?

I know they are PCI but don't know what version or what the "rev 2.2" is and want to make sure I have that.

I found this pic shows 3.3v and 5v on PCI I looked on my PSU and saw both of those numbers 3.3v and 5v i think I have that, I think from what I have learned is that a PCI 2.2 bus is 5v

I know that I'm trying to get a PCI USB high speed 2.0 card you can see the card I'm looking at in the link in the post above. My PCI bus is 3.3v and 5v and I think that's PCI 2.2 and that card says PCI 2.2 compliant.
