FX-8350 with an R9 280x?

Solution
I haven't had any issues with one card, however, I have problems with crossfire in BF4. While in 64 player maps, I get frame stuttering and lower FPS than in less populated maps. I've noticed my FX 8350 almost maxing out all eight cores but my two R9 280X's only hitting 60-70% usage. With only one card my cores don't break a sweat but my card will run at 99-100%. It will even run both cards at max in other games. So to answer your question; no.
