Is this a viable motherboard in a gaming build?

I recently ordered some parts to build a pc from scratch and the motherboard I ordered is a ASrock h81 btc pro motherboard.

It's good enough but if you have extra budget try getting a better one

If you're not planning to overclock your processor or use more than 16GB of 1600MHz RAM, that motherboard should get the job done.
