Okay, so I will try to make this short
I want to know what the best possible computer i could build for $1400 would be. I want to play games like Battlefield 4 and Titalfall on ultra settings with like 60fps if that is possible with this price range.
I already have a Corsair K70 a deathadder and a Asus 144hz monitor.
All I need is a tower and a OS. (Win 8 or Win7?)
Here are some limitations though:

An SSD
A 1 tb HDD
The Best (I mean the best.) R9 290
Either the NZXT H440, Define R4, or the Phantom 530. (Will be Crossfiring two R9 290's.
8gb of RAM
The i5-4690k
A Red and Black Z97 mobo (The Hero overkill?)
And that is about it.
I hope I made it easy for you guys, and thank you very much in advance.
