Hello, I would like a Intel 4th Gen build (g3220,i3-4130) those are fine. I will mostly be playing games like Minecraft, although I will most likely expand with this pc. I live in the US (hawaii) <- freaking sucks for shipping. Any build is fine, I would enjoy any suggestions!

4th gen haswell build?

Solution
This is a great PC for general use and light gaming (such as Minecraft). There's budget leftover to add an operating system if you need one, and/or to cover shipping.

You can't expect to just come here and ask for a build ;) anyone will need more information than that, and also, you should show you at least tried something on your own. Even if the build has something wrong, knowing it will make you learn how to build a better one next time.

What resolution do you plan on keeping?
What detail level would you like to achieve?
Are you going to overclock?
Will it be used strictly for gaming or are you planning to do something else with it?

The motherboard isn't a great choice. MSI typically has poor quality control compared to Asus or Asrock, and you're paying extra relative to the lower quality for an overclocking board, despite choosing a CPU that can't be overclocked. It's mismatched. The i3s hold up much better in games and rendering than the Pentiums, for the addition of hyper threading. The Pentiums still aren't bad though.

Case is nice, RAM is nice, HDD is nice, video card is nice, etc...

However, the CX600 is overkill. Your suggested PC will draw less than 300w.

im pretty sure he will try to overclock so that he can render 4k videos on a 4k display with his budget ...
the point is for him to learn as well, there's no use in just giving him a fish when he could learn fishing...
Making him state his priorities and try building something on his own is much better than any pre-made build he can receive from the community.

Anyway, I agree with Rationale. It's a good build for under 600$. I too would get an i3 and nothing higher than a 400w PSU. A bit of headroom always helps, but potentially 2 times the power draw is too much...
