I AM GOING TO PLAY GAMES ON ULTRA SETTINGS.I WILL BE OVERCLOCKING A LITTLE.COULD YOU SUGGEST ME THE BEST OUT OF ALL.MY BUDGET IS $240.
HERE IS MY SPEC:
1)COARSAIR RM 750W
2)ASUS GTX 780-DC2OC-3GD5
3)G.SKILL F3-10666CL9D-16GBXL
4)WD BLACK SERIES WD1003FZEX 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive.

Out of those two, I'd choose the Maximus.

But for a reasonable budget mobo, I'd go for - http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/mainstream-gaming-z97-motherboard,3824.html - ASRock Z97 Extreme 4

1. its an Asus. Asus is more reliable than MSI.

2. The rest - you'll have to look at the specs of each and do a side-by-side comparison yourself. If you don't want to, then I'll take it that you don't really care what the differences are.

My last three motherboards have been MSI and I haven't had a single issue with any of them. I'm using a Z97 Gaming 5 and I have my 4690K clocked to 4.0 GHz running very stably at 39'C on idle and 47'C on full load.
