So, my friend has had this problem with his internet for quite awhile. According to him, it happened out of nowhere. He has a custom PC and is using a wireless connection.
I pinged him on hamachi and got a reading of 60ms-3000ms (average was about 2100). If I ping someone else on hamachi, I would get a reading of 30ms.
If it helps, he got a ping of 12ms on speedtest.
He has a Cisco DPQ3925
Wifi adapter is an LB-LINK BL-WN8500
Not sure about his Motherboard, but he said it was an ASROCK.
He has 11 devices connected to the router (most of them are on, but aren't being used).
He is using Windows 7 and his ISP is Optus.
