I bought an MSI Radeon R9 280x for my desktop, but I don't think it's working. I use a 6+2 and 6 pin connector to the adapter, and the fans are working but there is no display. My bios is up to date, I tried resetting CMOS, set bios settings to make pci-e slot to the primary adapter and disabling my on-board graphics card (intel hd 4600), tried different pci-e slots and different cables (HDMI and DVI) on different slots. Does this mean my graphics card is faulty?

1x8gb hynix ram
