how to Overclock Zotac Nvidia Gtx 760 ?

hi guys,
m noob in overclocking,
my specs i5 2310, Gpu, Gtx 760, Corsair Vengeance 8gb 1600mhz, PSU: Cooler Master VS650 650w
please give me proper manual guide,i dont want heavy overclocking to burn my gpu tongue.gif, nor i am heavy overclocker
what will be best overclocking settings for my current rig, and to get safe with good difference,

Heat probably won't be an issue of safety for the card, as Nvidia says its technically "safe" as long as its under 97 °C. Realistically, you should aim to keep it in the 60–80 °C range. That's generally not very difficult, especially with low-TDP mid-range cards.

Overclocking video cards is more a matter of keeping it stable, and making sure the amount of heat its blowing around in your case is acceptable.

how much performance difference i can get? will i able to get more fps about 10 20 more in watch dogs? or is that dream?
if i do safe overclocking, even that can decrease my GPU life?

i tested my GPU without overclock in full stress, temp is max 89 - 90c is that fine?
my area is kinda hot.
