Hello everyone,

As thread name says, i'm having this problem for a while. When i play videos on my PC or when im playing PC games (WoW, Warcraft III) at certain random momment my screen goes black, monitor starts showing blackscreen and blinking like "nosignal", but sound still plays, and only thing i can do is to restart PC. I've installed today Win 8.1 and i'm still having this issue. All drivers are up to date im nearly hundred percent sure. So i'm out of mind what's cause of this issue.

Specifications:

OS: Windows 8.1 64bit Professional
Motherboard: GIGABYTE B85-HD3
RAM Memory: Crucial 8GB single DD3 1600
GPU: AMD Radeon HD7750 1GB DDR5
CPU: Intel i5 @3.40GHz
PSU: Thunder v2 Raidmax 635w (80+ bronze)

As i saw at one thread, maybe this can be useful. Hope you can help me solve problem, Thanks in advance

**GPU TEST CRASH**

FurMark 1.9.2 Released (GPU Stress Test Utility, OpenGL Benchmark)
GPU didn't pass this test, i hope i've helped little to make sure about what's problem.
(At about minute 12-13 i'm not sure i got that no-signal screen crash)

@i7Baby i've been staring at current parameteres of a test so here's results:

Temperature (*C) and Fanspeed(%) were raising continuosly until minute 12-13, then it's been about stable for a 4-5 mins at 65-66 *C and Fanspeed 45-46% and it crashed on that temperature:

-------------
GPU *C: 57 60 62 64 64 65 65 66
Fanspeed %: 39 41 44 44 45 45 46 46
-------------

I've memorized raising of parameteres. So to sum up, you see it's been raising until minute 12-13 then it's been stable for about 4-5 mins at 65,66*C and crash happened.

@i7Baby

I've done know again test with better timing to help you:

up to 3 min: temperature of GPU continuosly raised to 62*C and Fanspeed %42
then next 1:20: it was stable on 63-64*C and Fanspeed %44
next 2:40 mins: tempretaure was stable 65*C and Fanspeed %45
from minute 7: temperature was stable 65*C Fanspeed %46
Crash happened : 08:15 temperature 65*C Fanspeed %46

P.S. i7Baby i'd know what RMA is, i'd try everything just to fix this problem.

RMA = Return to Manufacturer Authority - from the shop your bought it from.

Take it back to the shop and if they agree, then they'll return it to the manufactuerer for testing. The manufacturer will either repair it or just send you a new one.

Well an RMA is basically a warranty 'replacement'. I had the same problem with my card (GTX 760) and I solved it by underclocking my card's gpu clock and memory clock just a tad about 20-30 mhz. This had like a 2 or 3 fps drop but nothing too bad

So i7Baby you think issue is that GPU has: built-in error by the AMD?

i got return policy that's still available so i'm going home tomorrow and i'll go let them test it.
How many % are you sure about this what you think that's problem with GPU and it's cooler?

Uhm okay, i7Baby you advise to try that underclocking GPU (i think it's in bios settings) or to do RMA straight?
I just want to know you opinion about PSU, RAM can it cause this error or i can be sure that's something with GPU and cooler?
