According to that it should work. For ultra, CPU falls down a bit(See the graph) as the game's recommended settings ask for i7.

That is a very powerful build though.
I am no expert and haven't been able to play this game, so maybe others can help better

I would go with this - http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/fDF7pg it your build with a 4770k i7 instead of your i5 you will be happier in the long run trust me
