trouble running wolfenstein new order

when i try to play the game the screen goes to black as if starting up,but then just a white screen, my spec are, motherboard asus m5 a97 le r.2.0 bios 1709, processor is amd fx 6350 black edition 3.9 ghz,memory 8 gigabytes and graphics card is amd radeon hd 6870 1gb,can anyone help. thankyou

Update your GPU's driver. Update all of your MOB's drivers.
Update Windows. If you have any OC disable it.
If it has it, update the game. Run a virus check. (You never know)
Use MS Security Essentials.

Make sure your system is running cool. You can use HWMonitor to check your temps.

See if your GPU has problems.

Check the PSU. When one fails it can cause tons of problems.

Hi Nathan,
tried everything all seems to be well,tried to run the game again today but now says out-dated graphics drivers,when i try to up-date it says i have the best drivers for my card which is a amd radeon hd 6870 series 1gb.i tried to up-date from amd/ati site but i had error driver install: the inf file was not found and i dont know how to fix this problem.btw still goes to white screen. thanks once again. Alex

Use this tool to completely remove your video drivers.

Do it in Safe Mode.

Do one of the following:

If your computer has a single operating system installed, press and hold the F8 key as your computer restarts....

If your computer has more than one operating system, use the arrow keys to highlight the operating system you want to start in safe mode, and then press F8.

After the drivers are gone reboot into Safe Mode and install the newest GPU driver.
