Would a GA-970A-UD3P fit with:

FX6300
R9 280x
1TB HDD WD - Blue
8 GB DDR3-1600MHz Kingston HyperX Red Fury, 2x4GB
Modular PSU CX 600W, 80 Plus Bronze
Corsair computer case Carbide Series SPEC-01 RED LED Mid Tower Gaming

or

FX8320
R9 280x
1TB HDD WD - Blue
8 GB DDR3-1600MHz Kingston HyperX Red Fury, 2x4GB
Modular PSU CX 600W, 80 Plus Bronze
Corsair computer case Carbide Series SPEC-01 RED LED Mid Tower Gaming

And what are the results when it comes in OCng?

Solution
It would work with either. Generally, the 6300 goes higher because it only has 6 cores giving off heat, not 8. For example, my 8320 went to 4.2 stable with an H60 and an M5A99X EVO R2.0, but the 6300 (mine with 2 cores disabled) went to 4.5. Not much of a performance difference with the 8320 on top.

So I can OC 6300 4ghz and up with a good aftermarket cooler like CM HYPER 212 + EVO?

Probably, yes. Watch your socket temperature, though.

If I may ask, how to monitor socket temperature? Sorry first timer here...

Download HWmonitor: http://www.cpuid.com/downloads/hwmonitor/1.25.zip
It should be one of the temperatures, it says CPU on ASUS, not sure about Gigabyte. Not CPU package, but under motherboard. TMPIN1 or CPU or something along those lines.
