My Keyboard wont type!

My Lenevo ( I dont know what version but its old ) wont type anything what ever key I use it wont use it and I have a password on my laptop please help! Thanks!

I am having the same problem. Ive connected 3 different keyboards, so I know its not a keyboard issue. The keyboard will function in the F2 Bios screens and the F12 screens. It also functions in the F8 screen to put it in Safe Mode, but as always, the login prompt comes up and will not recognize any keys I press in the password field. It wont even let me back out of the user field to enter administrator.

Does anyone recognize this problem?
