could someone link me a good mobo that would work will and i7 4770k. my budget for it would be from $100-150. the cheaper it is the better. also for it to have the ability to overclock.

I recommend the top-notch ASUS Z97-A LGA 1150 Intel Z97 ATX Intel Motherboard. It sells between $125 to $150 and it really is an outstanding MB! You will have to search for long while before you can find a better MB at this price.
