System keeps crashing.

This is my system setup.

GPU: Radeon R9 280x
CPU: intel core i7-4470K
RAM: 16GB
OS: Windows 8.1
And a PSU of 750watt but my system keeps crashing when i try to play a game and even when i'm just surfing around the internet do i have a bad PSU or do i have another problem.

It is a corsair cx 600 but does that mean it is a 600watt PSU?and is 600watt inssuficient? What is then a better PSU?

600W is not insufficient, but that's not a very high quality PSU. I'd go with any 650W+ PSU from XFX, Seasonic, or Corsair (AX, TX, and HX units only).

Corsair CX series is not designed for gaming, but for office. I would replace this one with something from tier one or tier two (a) or (b) on this list:

Also, check your CPU and GPU temperatures!
