The easiest way is to try a game and turn the graphics settings and resolution from high all the way down and if you don't see a difference in the framerate then you have a bottleneck

Another way is to check your cpu and gpu usage ingame. If your cpu usage is at 100% with your gpu usage around 50-60% then that's also a bottleneck
